My son ordered this book for a class in high school. Not only did it take them over a month to send him a book, it was the wrong book and it had the answers filled in. The person that had the book first did get a 90% so I guess that's good, but since it's the wrong book, it doesn't help much. They are the hardest people to get a hold of, they have not fixed the problem. I would give them a lower rating if I could.Product details

It's in perfectly reasonable condition, I will make good use of it in class, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
Good condition
When re/certifying, your instructor has to check to make sure that you've completed the workbook...so, if a previous own has already filled out most of the answers (you still have to check them for mistakes & omissions), then most of the work has already been done for you! Just make sure you know your stuff for the exam!
It was great. Just what I needed and right on time.
Got this 300% cheaper than at my college bookstore and had no writing in the book.
Absolutely garbage. Completely written in IN PEN. Totally useless. Go to the Red Cross website and order a one... worth the extra 10 bucks... I now have a useless book that I paid 40 dollars for.
